EGL’s consultancy services draws upon the knowledge and expertise of its people. Our team has a wide range of skills and experience in the public, private and social enterprise sectors. The Eldonian Organisation has over 30 years experience and learning in developing a sustainable community, physical regeneration programme and social enterprise base.

We provide a wealth of experience and understanding to communities who are working to create a sustainable and safe environment. We aim to work in partnership with those who are looking to provide a holistic approach to regeneration.

Our client base includes:

Barratt Homes Newcastle: Based on the skills and experience of EGL working in partnership with BBHN to deliver major regeneration schemes in the North East.  Providing advice support and guidance on community consultation, social enterprise and community sustainability.

One20 consulting: working in partnership we are looking to develop mixed use regeneration strategies including retail, employment and residential schemes across the South East.

St Laurence’s Parish Centre Birkenhead:   Feasibility study into the development of a new £3million multi purpose sustainable community centre and associated capacity building and governance training the new management committee.

Seacraft: working with a consortium of investors we are looking at redevelopment of town centres across the south east of UK

L14 community partnership / North Huyton New Deal for Communities: consultancy support on a community engagement study into the feasibility of a community facility and its potential usage.

Aylesbury New Deal for Communities:  production of an Options Analysis Report to delivery local services within the NDC area, feeding into the new master-plan.

North Huyton New Deal for Communities and Neighbourhood Redevelopment Strategy:  a master plan for consultation outlining a commercially viable housing and neighbourhood redevelopment strategy for the NHNDC.

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council:  support in writing their successful LEGI bid with emphasis on social enterprise. Also, the creation of a new social enterprise strategy in partnership with the Borough Council in order to maximize the long term benefits of Housing Market Renewal for local people in the form of employment and training.

Sailortown Regeneration Belfast Northern Ireland:  supporting local community with the development of 82 new apartments and family housing for social rent, providing strategic direction with their negotiations with the land owners Belfast Harbour Commissioners, Laganside Housing Association and the City Council.
