Environmental Services

Eldonian Neighbourhood Services (ENS) is the environmental service-delivery department of EGL. It aims to provide quality, local, neighbourhood services for registered social landlords and other bodies.  Through the delivery of these services, ENS seeks to provide employment and training opportunities for local people and make a genuine quality of life improvement for the community.
 
Property Management Services: EGL is the managing agent for a number of property complexes across Merseyside. Our services include collection of service charges, management and maintenance services.
 
Gardening Service: ENS maintains over 200 gardens for housing association tenants who meet a specific ‘in need’ criteria, it also maintains the communal gardens for the property management services.
 
Industrial Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services: ENS services over 60 communal property blocks per week and supplies both communal and window cleaning services. It also specialises in ‘one off’ deep cleans, e.g. problem tenants for Housing Associations or completion cleans for new build properties.
